Agreement

By accessing jiffyforge.com or app.jiffyforge.com, creating an account, or using JiffyForge, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

The service

JiffyForge provides tools to create, edit, and export digital products using AI and design features. Features, limits, and pricing may change. We will use reasonable efforts to communicate material changes.

Accounts

You are responsible for your account credentials and for activity under your account. Provide accurate information and notify us if you suspect unauthorized access.

Your content

You retain ownership of content you create. You grant JiffyForge a limited license to host, process, and display your content solely to operate and improve the service, including AI generation and export features you request.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for unlawful, harmful, or infringing content
• Attempt to bypass usage limits, security controls, or billing
• Reverse engineer or disrupt the platform except where permitted by law
• Resell or misrepresent the service without authorization

AI output

AI-generated content may require review before publication. You are responsible for verifying accuracy, rights, and compliance before selling or distributing exports.

Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans renew according to the billing cycle shown at checkout unless canceled. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. Free plan limits apply as described on our pricing page.

Availability

We aim for reliable uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance, third-party outages, or force majeure may affect availability.

Disclaimer

The service is provided "as is" to the fullest extent permitted by law. We disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, JiffyForge is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising from use of the service.

Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms or to protect the platform. Provisions that should survive termination will remain in effect.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict of law principles, except where mandatory local law applies.
